DEI Education: Black History Month 2021

Throughout February, I had the opportunity to highlight the contributions of Black creators, visionaries, activists, professionals, etc. who are shaping our society and culture. Employees received 5 emails and 4 presentations that introduced 7-10 people or stories and invited the individual to explore further on their own.

Green Locus Yoga: Get to Know Your Teacher

While working at a local yoga studio I created a short YouTube series called “Get To Know Your Teacher.” Yoga novices are normally hesitant to attend yoga classes due to insecurities pertaining to flexibility and general yoga knowledge. The Get To Know Your Teacher video series was created for prospective clients to become better acquainted with the teachers and feel more comfortable in their decision to attend a class.

While interning at ChappelRoberts, I exposed to different areas of the advertising agency. During a client photoshoot, I wrote about my personal experience being on-site and the similarities between that day and my graduate studies.
